At KathValo, we carefully pack every wooden product to help ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through kathvalo.com.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship products to customers across India, subject to service availability at the delivery address.

At checkout, available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed based on your location and order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sales, festivals, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, adverse weather, holidays, courier delays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

KathValo is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the phone number is unreachable, or the customer refuses to accept the package, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.

If an order is returned to KathValo due to customer-related delivery failure, any refund or re-shipment may be subject to applicable shipping and return-to-origin charges.

8. Damaged Package or Product

We carefully pack our wooden products before dispatch.

If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please take photographs before opening it whenever possible.

If the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delayed Shipments

Delivery dates shown on our website or provided by the courier are estimates.

Delays may occur due to circumstances such as:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Transportation delays
  • Remote-area delivery
  • Government restrictions

At present, KathValo primarily ships within India.
